The Frankenwald, with its forests and meadows is one of the most beautiful areas in the heart of Germany. Experience nature and the Frankenweg where you can go hiking, Nordic Walking or mountain biking. Many hiking paths start directly in front of the house and with the GPS equipment that we rent to our guests you can explore the most beautiful corners of the Frankenwald forest. An adventure for the whole family is the raft trip on the wild river Rodach. Visit the towns Kronach, Bayreuth and Coburg with wonderful castles and churches or the world heritage city Bamberg, the brewery in Kulmbach or the summer toboggan run in Kronach. You can also go on a boat trip and see the Saaletalsperre (barrier of the river Saale).
